ORDER

JOHN S. UNPINGCO, District Judge.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Amended Complaint be corrected to reflect the spelling of Defendant "Huang Lee" as "Hyung Lee." All further pleadings shall reflect the corrected name of HYUNG LEE.
