The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By order dated December 8, 2021, we ordered Glenda Finkley, Official Court Reporter for the 256^th Judicial District Court, to provide the Court with written verification showing she has communicated with counsel for appellant regarding his request for the reporter's record. To date, Ms. Finkley has failed to comply with the Court's order.

So that this appeal can proceed, we again ORDER Glenda Finkley to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, written verification showing she has communicated with Kirk Clanuch, counsel for appellant, regarding his request for the reporter's record in this appeal.

We expressly CAUTION Ms. Finkley that failure to comply with this order WILL result in the Court taking such action as is necessary to have Ms. Dobbins comply with the Court's orders, including abating the case for a hearing to determine why Ms. Finkley has failed to respond to the Court's order and an order that she not sit as a court reporter until she complies.
