ORDER

The parties have filed advisories to the court regarding mediation stating that appellants have reached an agreement with appellee Marcus Rogers only. However, no motion for partial disposition of the appeal as to appellee Rogers has been filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(b).

This appeal is reinstated on the active docket of this court. We order the due date for appellees' briefs is September 30, 2016. Marcus Rogers remains a party to this appeal, but may choose not to file an appellee's brief.
