DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by John Sagaria and cross appeal by Cynthia Sagaria from an order of the Family Court, Orange County dated July 20, 2021.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal and the cross appeal are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
