ORDER MODIFYING OPINION AND DENYING REHEARING
[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT] THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 19, 2011, be modified as follows:
1. On page 5, in the third full paragraph, delete the sentence that begins "The addendum reported" and ends with "ordered for both parents" and replace it with the following sentence:
The addendum reported that the Washington petitions for the half siblings were sustained on the grounds of physical abuse and neglect and services were ordered for S.B. and conditionally for D.D.
2. On page 11, delete the following from the first full sentence on the page "and evidently did not contact the court or anyone connected with the hearing to indicate that he continued to rely on the issues identified in a pretrial brief filed several months before the hearing." As modified, the first full sentence on page 11 will read:
D.D. chose not to be present at the contested hearing in February 2010.
There is no change in the judgment.
