MODIFICATION OF OPINION UPON DENIAL OF PETITION FOR REHEARING
THE COURT:
The opinion of this court filed July 19, 2011, in the above entitled case is modified as follows:
On page 19, second full paragraph, remove the sentence starting with "on remand" and replace it with the following sentence:
"On remand, the juvenile court shall direct the Department to prepare and send new notices to all the Apache and Cherokee tribes, ensuring that the notices accurately set forth all the information about J.D.'s family given in open court and on his ICWA questionnaire, and any other information provided to Department regarding the names and addresses of the child's parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and any other identifying information."
As modified, the petition for rehearing is denied. This modification does not effect the judgment. FOR THE COURT:
