On November 28, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File Seriatim Brief requesting an additional 30 days to file his seriatim answering brief. Petitioner does not know if respondent objects to the granting of this Motion. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed November 28, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file his seriatim answering brief is extended to January 9, 2023. The Court will not look with favor on further requests for extension of time.
