In light of the prevailing rates for attorneys with similar levels of experience and sophistication, concentration and work in the Eastern District, and the lack of complexity in the case, as well as Defendants' counsel's agreement, I respectfully recommend that the Court accept Defendants' proposal that an appropriate hourly rate for Mr. Peterson is $325.00.
