Appeal from the decision by the named defendant denying the plaintiffs' application for a subdivision approval, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven at Meriden, and tried to the court, McWeeny, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which, on the granting of certification, the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Appeal dismissed.
