In an action to restrain defendants from picketing the plaintiff's places of business, and for money damages, order denying, without prejudice, plaintiff's motion for a temporary injunction, and granting defendants' cross motion to dismiss the complaint on the ground that none of the causes of action alleged therein state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, also without prejudice, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and with leave to plaintiff to serve an amended complaint within ten days after entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 963.]
