BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
The petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition is granted. The circuit court's order of April 3, 2014, granting the respondent's motion to amend the complaint to add a count against the petitioner, which had already been dismissed with prejudice from the lawsuit, is quashed. See DiPaolo v. Rollins Leasing Corp., 700 So.2d 31, 32 (Fla. 5th DCA 1997).
