Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 11, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Michael P. Ryan, Jr., sworn to December 18, 2015, the affirmation of Beth A. Lockhart, Esq., dated February 10, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
