On November 19, 2021, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Index Entry No. 35) which does not specify a year as to the addition to tax due from petitioner under the provisions of I.R.C.§ 6651(a) (1) in the amount of $342.89, and is therefore incomplete.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Docket Index Entry No. 35), filed on November 19, 2021, is deemed stricken from the record in this case.
