Opinion

No. 89-555.

September 8, 1989. Rehearing Denied January 24, 1990.

An Appeal from Circuit Court for Duval County; Robert M. Foster, Judge.

Lewis H. Buzzell, III, Dept. of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Jacksonville, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Laura Rush, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

This case involves the identical issues raised in A.N.J. v. State, 554 So.2d 531 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989). Finding that the legal principles and reasoning enunciated in our opinion in that case are equally applicable to the instant case, we affirm the order appealed from.
