ORDER

Per Curiam Adam Russo appeals the circuit court's judgment sustaining the decision of the Director of Revenue to revoke his driver's license for one year for refusing to submit to a chemical test. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
