Before the Court is the September 11, 2023 letter of counsel for appellee which we construe as a motion to supplement the clerk's record with (1) Linebarger Goggan Blair &Sampson, LLP's Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss - filed on January 19, 2023 and (2) Order Granting Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP's Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss - signed on February 10, 2023. We note the referenced order is included in the clerk's record at page 360. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion to the extent that we ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, on or before October 13, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP's Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss - filed on January 19, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order Ms. Pitre and all parties.
