This case is currently calendared for trial at the remote Session of the Court commencing on February 26, 2024. On January 29, 2024, pursuant to the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served on the parties on October 16, 2023, respondent' counsel filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent's counsel reports that the parties have reached a basis for settlement, resolving all issues in this case. Respondent's counsel further reports that on January 21 and 24, 2024, petitioner faxed a signed decision document to her; however, both faxes were blurred and illegible. Respondent's counsel also reports that petitioner will now mail the decision document to her for filing and once she receives it, she will file it with the Court (in lieu of filing the administrative record otherwise required by Tax Court Rule 93(a)). According to respondent's counsel, she is hopeful that the parties will be able to file the decision document within the next 30 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the February 26, 2024, remote Trial Session of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before March 4, 2024, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
