MEMORANDUM OPINION
On May 20, 2008, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. On May 28, 2008, we notified appellants by letter that the $175 filing fee was due. On May 28, 2008, we also directed appellants to file a docketing statement in this appeal. We warned appellants that if the fee was not paid and the docketing statement was not filed by June 7, 2008, the appeal would be dismissed without further notice. Nevertheless, appellants have not paid the $175 filing fee or filed the docketing statement.
Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c).
