ELECTIONS, § 243contempt, judge interested. In contempt proceedings against election officials, trial judge erred in not holding himself disqualified from hearing the cause, where he had been a candidate at the election in question.

Appeal from County Court of Cook county; Hon. EDMUND K. JARECKI, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, this court at February term, 1940.
