MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices O'Neill, Richter, and Lang-Miers Opinion By Justice Lang-Miers
By letter dated June 21, 2012, the Court informed appellant that the clerk's record had not been filed because of nonpayment. We instructed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with written verification that the fee for the clerk's record has been paid or written documentation that appellant is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that if the Court did not receive the requested verification or documentation, the appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. As of today's date, we have not received a response from appellant. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
