ORDER
AND NOW, this 8th day of March, 2010, upon the recommendation of the Civil Procedural Rules Committee; the proposal having been published for public comment at 38 Pa. B. 5590 (10-11-08), and in the Atlantic Reporter (Second Series Advance Sheets, Vol. 955 No. 1):
IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Constitution of Pennsylvania that Rule 233.1 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure is adopted in the attached form.
This ORDER shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. No. 103(b), and shall be effective April 8, 2010.
