This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 31, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session. On October 6, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, advising that respondent has tried unsuccessfully to communicate with petitioner. We set respondent's motion for hearing on October 31, 2022. On October 19, 2022, we held a conference call with the parties. On October 20, 2022, respondent filed a Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 31, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2022, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents to the Court. The parties are advised that if no stipulated decision is submitted by this date, we will grant respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute as supplemented.
