Appeal, No. 50, Jan. T., 1973, from amended decree of Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 1910 of 1967, in equity, in case of Antonio Ruggieri and Rosa Ruggieri v. West Forum Corporation, Valentino Ruggieri and Anna Zampitella. Decree affirmed.

Order entered assessing damages against defendant in amount of $1,132.50. Defendant appealed.
