ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY ATTORNEY ANDREW K. WHITMAN SHOULD NOT BE DISQUALIFIED FROM REPRESENTING DEFENDANTS JASON BEGLEY, M.D. AND HAME SHALIKER, M.D.

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

It has come to the attention of the court that Andrew K. Whitman (“Mr. Whitman”), California State Bar #128358, who is counsel of record for Defendants Jason Begley, M.D. (“Dr. Begley”) and Hame Shaliker, M.D. (“Dr. Shaliker”), is not eligible to practice law in California currently. The court, therefore, ORDERS Mr. Whitman and Defendants Dr. Begley and Dr. Shaliker to show cause (“OSC”) in writing, within fourteen (14) days of this Order, why Mr. Whitman should not be disqualified from representing these Defendants.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
