ORDER

By Order served May 26, 2021, this case was remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of affording petitioner a supplemental collection due process hearing under I.R.C. section 6330. On September 20, 2021, at 3:39 p.m., the parties filed a joint status report (Entry No. 26). On the same date, at 3:45 p.m., the parties filed a duplicate joint status report (Entry No. 27).

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that Entry No. 27 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 19, 2021, file a further joint report regarding the then present status of this case and shall attach thereto the Supplemental Notice of Determination Concerning Collection Actions Under I.R.C. Sections 6320 or 6330 issued to petitioner, if any. It is further

ORDERED that, if the parties have resolved all issues in this case, the parties shall, on or before November 19, 2021, file a joint proposed stipulated decision.
