ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session beginning on May 16, 2022. On April 25, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a tentative basis for settlement on all of the issues in this case. Respondent's counsel is in the process of obtaining tax computations and preparing a decision document reflecting the tentative basis for settlement.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's May 16, 2022, New York City, New York trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 26, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
