Appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Milano, J.).


Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.

A person seeking to set aside an affidavit of confession of judgment and to vacate a judgment entered thereon must commence a plenary action for that relief ( see, L.R. Dean, Inc. v. International Energy Resources, 213 A.D.2d 455; Malhado v. Cordani, 153 A.D.2d 673; Burtner v. Burtner, 144 A.D.2d 417; Affenita v. Long Indus., 133 A.D.2d 727, 728; Wilk v. Cohen, 131 A.D.2d 466).
