Order, in so far as appealed from, modified by allowing the examination also as to item 27, contained in paragraph 33 of the moving affidavit, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondents; the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Davis, Johnston and Close, JJ., concur.
