DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 27, 2017, and December 11, 2015, respectively. Motion by the respondent to "re-enter" briefs filed by the deceased former respondent, Pearl Nacht, which were stricken pursuant to decisions and orders on motion of this Court both dated August 16, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
