Appellant's court-appointed counsel filed a brief concluding that this appeal is frivolous. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 744, 87 S. Ct. 1396, 1400 (1967). Appellant has filed a pro se "Motion for Judicial Notice" seeking an order to compel the Clerk of this Court to respond to his multiple requests. Appellant states that he previously requested (1) an extension of time to submit a reply brief, (2) a copy of this Court's local rules, and (3) counsel on appeal. We grant appellant's motion in part and dismiss the motion as moot in part.
We dismiss as moot appellant's request for an extension of time to file a reply brief. On May 17, 2016, this Court granted appellant's motion for an extension of time to file a pro se reply to the State's response to appellant's response to his counsel's Anders brief. Appellant's pro se reply is due to be filed on June 16, 2016.
We grant appellant's request for a copy of this Court's local rules. The Clerk of this Court is directed to provide appellant a copy of this Court's local rules with the copy of this order sent to appellant.
Appellant's request for counsel on appeal is dismissed as moot. On July 8, 2015, the trial court appointed Perry Stevens to represent appellant on appeal. Appointed counsel as filed a motion to withdraw with an Anders brief. Appellant has filed his "Pro Se Response to Appointed Counsel's Anders Brief and Request for Re-Appointment of Counsel." Appointed counsel's motion to withdraw and appellant's request for re-appointment of counsel remain pending.
