MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

This is an appeal from the trial court's May 1, 2020 judgment denying a bill of review. The parties have filed an agreed motion stating they have fully resolved and settled all issues in dispute. The parties ask that we set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court with instructions for the trial court to render judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). The parties have agreed that each party will bear its own costs and attorney's fees.

We grant the motion. The trial court's May 1, 2020 judgment in the bill of review proceeding is set aside without reference to the merits. The case is remanded to the trial court with instructions to render judgment in each phase of the bill of review proceeding in accordance with the agreement of the parties.

The costs of this appeal shall be borne by the party that incurred them.
