Opinion

No. AK-445.

March 17, 1983.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Alachua County; Elzie S. Sanders, Judge.

Michael Allen, Public Defender, Carl S. McGinnes, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., David P. Gauldin, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellee.

Appellant appeals his convictions for attempted sexual battery and robbery. We agree that the written judgment incorrectly reflects that appellant was convicted of sexual battery and remand to the trial court to correct the judgment accordingly. In all other respects, we affirm.

ROBERT P. SMITH, Jr., C.J., and LARRY G. SMITH and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
