The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby granted. The First District Court of Appeal is directed to reinstate Rowan v. James R. McDonough, Etc., case number 1D06-3260. Because the Court trusts that the First District Court of Appeal will fully comply with the dictates of this order, it withholds issuance of the writ.
