The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for writ of mandate and/or prohibition and to issue an alternative writ directing the respondent superior court to reconsider its ruling that venue was not proper, or to show cause when the matter is ordered on calendar why the ruling should not be reconsidered.
Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
