DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated March 21, 2013, and a judgment of the same court dated May 15, 2013, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the judgment, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic as the appeal from the decision was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 6, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
