On November 17, 2020, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 11). On November 19, 2020, the Court entered the parties' Stipulated Decision (Doc. 12). On July 9, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 14). On August 9, 2021, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. 17). On August 16, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of the case and petitioner's pending motion. As discussed with the parties during the conference call, the Court will add this case to its November 15, 2021, remote trial session, where Dallas, Texas, is listed as the place of trial for a remote hearing on petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is calendared for a hearing on petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration during the November 15, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session at a time and date certain of 1:00 p.m. Central Time/2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding containing comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
