This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On January 21, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance asking the Court to restore this case to the general docket in order to allow time for respondent to review petitioners' December 2021 offer-in-compromise.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
