ALBERT ROSSINI & BRENDA A. ROSSINI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 15, 2022, the Court filed petitioner Albert Rossini's "Notice of Filing." Upon further review of that filing, however, the Court notes that attached thereto is a document titled petitioners' "Motion Requesting Continuance of Trial Date." To the extent petitioners seek a continuance in this case, the aforementioned filing is improper because this case is not currently set for trial.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Notice of Filing is recharacterized as petitioners' Motion for Continuance. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance is denied. 1
