ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge

This case is calendared on the Court's October 30, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. On September 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, to which petitioners do not object. We will grant respondent's Motion for Continuance and retain jurisdiction over this case. If respondent wishes to file a motion to calendar, he shall first attempt to reach an agreement with petitioners about the timing of such trial. Any motion to calendar should indicate the expected length of trial and address the availability of petitioner husband, who we understand is currently incarcerated.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed September 22, 2023, is granted. The case is stricken from the Court's October 30, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session and is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before November 22, 2023, an appropriate motion or a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
