Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mark C. Davison, Esq., dated February 7, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that petitioner-appellant submit ten copies of his reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 21, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
