DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent-respondent to substitute Gregory Wolton, United Kingdom Judicial Trustee of the Estate of Agnes Carvel, deceased, for Guy Richard Greenhous, United Kingdom Judicial Trustee of the Estate of Agnes Carvel, deceased, as personal representative on appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Westchester County, dated January 4, 2011, a decree of the same court dated January 18, 2011, and a decision of the same court dated June 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the caption is amended as set forth above.
