SHELDON ROSS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 203rd Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F22-70066-P

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

On October 30, 2023, this Court ordered the district clerk to file by November 13, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge on punishment. On November 2, 2023, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing the Judgment of Conviction by Jury and Defendant's Election of Punishment in Jury Trial. This filing does not comply with our order of October 30, 2023. Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file on or before NOVEMBER 20, 2023, either (1) a supplemental clerk's record containing the jury charge on punishment or (2) a written statement that the jury charge on punishment has not been filed with the district clerk.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
