An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 6, 2018, And defendants-respondents having moved, pursuant to CPLR 8501(a) and CPLR 8503, to compel plaintiff to post a bond as security against costs, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, without prejudice to defendants-respondents seeking the relief in Supreme Court.
