KATHERINE LUISE ROSS & THEODORE LOUIS STACY, ET AL., Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

These cases were previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and these cases were assigned to the undersigned.

On December 1, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that petitioners intend to provide documentation to respondent within the next 30 days. The parties further request that the Court order another status report in 150 days, which will allow them to continue to exchange documents and information. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report detailing the progress made in these cases since the last status report. The parties should expect a conference call with the Court at that time to discuss scheduling these cases for trial if, at that time, no agreement has been reached.
