ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On January 17, 2023, pursuant to the Court's December 19, 2022, Order, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent reports that on January 13, 2023, petitioners' power of attorney informed him that petitioners did not receive the stipulated decision document and requested that he mail petitioners another copy. According to respondent, concurrent with the filing of his January 17, 2023, status report, he mailed another copy of the stipulated decision document to petitioners. Respondent further reports that in order to allow the parties additional time to secure finalized documents, he requests that the Court issue an order for additional status reports or a signed stipulated decision document to be filed in 30 days. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 21, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
