This case was stricken from the Court's October 5, 2020, San Francisco, California trial session and continued. As directed by the Court, respondent filed a Status Report on November 8, 2022, requesting additional time for the parties to submit stipulated decision documents. Additionally, the Court has received multiple pieces of return mail addressed to petitioners at their address of record. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents, or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
