Appeal by defendant from an order confirming the report of an Official Referee and directing that defendant pay plaintiff $100 a week temporary alimony, $1,500 counsel fees, and post a $10,000 bond as security for the payment of the temporary alimony. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., MacCrate, Beldock, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
