Equity. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Decree nisi entered finding for plaintiff. Defendants' exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered, opinion by VOGEL, J. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 804, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 74-11491. Argued June 13, 1977.
