Pending before the Court is the Appellants' motion to supplement clerk's record. The motion is GRANTED. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward the supplemental clerk's record to this Court no later than May 16, 2023. The Appellants' motion for enlargement of time to file the Appellants' brief will remain pending the filing of the supplemental clerk's record.
