MEMORANDUM OPINION


Virgilio Rosales pleaded guilty to delivery of marijuana in an amount of five pounds or more. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the trial court found appellant guilty and assessed punishment, enhanced by one prior conviction, at five years confinement and a $3000 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not pay for the clerk's record. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(b).
